How to sync 2 or more servers ?

Hello,

I have 2 different cpanel servers with me. 1 is highly used and other is rarely used. I want to know how to make it so that both are always synced so incase any one of the server goes down the other one takes over and when it comes back up the new changes done are copied.

There is no simple answer. Search 'cluster' , 'failover' and similar terms here and you'll find all sorts of stuff. A lot of it will be geared towards the DNS clustering functions, but there isn't anything built-in that will get you there.
