If you would like to transfer the full domain from one cPanel to other cPanel then you can transfer it through WHM from new host. Below are the steps to migrate the domains:

WHM ---> Copy an Account from another server.

You can find the option on transfer section from WHM. If you do not have an access to WHM then you will need to contact your hosting provider.

Below mentioned are the steps to migrate the domain from one server to other server:

    1. Login to your new WHM server (where you would like to host).
    2. Click on Copy an account from server from Transfer Section.
    3. Enter the old server IP address and username.
    4. Click on Login as root from the Authentication section.
    5. Select the Password from the select authentication method.
    6. Enter the root password of your WHM.
    7. Click on Transfer button.

There is no option in cPanel to migrate domains from one server to another server. To migrate the domain you would need to do it from WHM. If you do not have an access to WHM then you will need to contact your hosting service provider regarding your case.

If you have an root access to server then you can able to access WHM, However, if you have host your domain to any other hosting provider in shared server then you will need to contact them.

To transfer account from one server to another server, you will need "root" access of the new server. Do you own dedicated server or you have just purchase a reseller? If you have reseller account you can not transfer web site from your end and you will need to contact your host to transfer it on your behalf.
