Completely disable DNS, mySQL server, and WHM won't try to install/restart it?

How to remove web disk founction?

How to disable the SSH Key generation function built in cPanel?

How to remove clients create cron job? or only give certain client cron job?

Go into WHM : Packages : Feature Manager.

You can check off what features are available to cPanel clients (you specify packages of features for clients, and edit the package contents here).

It's far more self-explanatory than I just made it sound.
