Default How to Use Rollback Feature

Ever since the updates of the last week or so, my server load is going through the roof when Mailman runs, and it never has before. I want to rollback to before these updates, so I can look at the problem during down time over the weekend. How exactly do you use the rollback update feature (not the config files feature)? Is there a script I am not finding, or is it all manual?
