Default How to wrap a self-installed Horde within SSL?

I want to install my own webmail in my public_html folder so it becomes http://webmail.MYDOMAIN.com. This should be easy.

But my question is how should I wrap this under the shared SSL certificate like it is done now for the current 2096 port? I would like something like https://webmail.MYDOMAIN.com:2090 or something.

Once thsi is working, I would like it for all my domains, not just my domain. Where inside Cpanel's file structure should I put this?

    Would appreciate ay ideas, thanks.
