Do you know where I can edit these headers? :

    Code:
X-MailScanner-Information: Please contact the ISP for more information
    X-MailScanner: Found to be clean
    Also the ones in SpamAssasin?

    thanks,

    Adrian.

    Hi Adrian,

    They're both in your MailScanner.conf:

    Information Header =
    Clean Header Value =

Which SpamAssassin ones were you after?

I reboot my server today, and when it reboot I notice there is a line :
"clamd: ERROR: Please edit the example config file /etc/clamav.conf" "
"clamd: ERROR: Can't parse the config file /etc/clamav.conf"
    "exim: clamd startup failed"
    "exim: exim startup succeeded"
    .
    .
    .
Should I do something about it ?

That's normal with the new Exim installation and you can safely ignore it.

Everything was going great until I entered this line:
    perl -pi -e "s/\/opt\/MailScanner/\/usr\/mailscanner/g" /usr/mailscanner.new/lib/*
    I get this error message:
Can't do inplace edit: /usr/mailscanner.new/lib/MailScanner is not a regular file, <> line 2541

I have stopped at this point. Is this normal in some cases, or did something go wrong through the process?

    Thanks for any assistance.
    Rick

Yup, I've even just tidied it up a little to make it cleaner and simpler to simply cut&paste each section into a shell window

This charming upgrade of the forum software now puts quoted code into a scrollable window. If you look further down you'll see a nice left to right scroll bar - use it and all will be revealed
