Default http 406 when uploading file.

Right when ever I try uploading a download to http://www.thefbsite.com/downloads.php?category=1 - I get an HTTP 406 error. Anyone here got any clue as to what the problem could be. I have 100% of the scripts on that site btw, and its on an update cPanel server.

HTTP response 406 is commonly the response sent out by if something is blocked by mod security.

If you're the owner of the site and server, check your mod security logs against the form parameters and values that cause the response. If not, contact the site owner and discuss with them.

I am site owner, and have root access to server, though I don't own it, so I will have a look. BTW, are the logs in /var/logs or somewhere else?
