    Hi all,

    Would you please tell me what I need to look at to fix a problem related to the thread title?

    www.domain.com does not resolve, while domain.com does?

    I assume it is something in the DNS records of the WHM? Is that right? If so, what record do I need to change?

    Hello greebo,

    Can you please try both in a proxy to see the results? Oftentimes, the reason is due to caching issues on your system rather than the DNS being an issue. A couple of proxies you can try would be proxify.net and kproxy.com

    Otherwise, please provide the domain name for us to check how it resolves for us.

    It looks like you are correct. I connected via a VPN and was able to resolve the www straight away. Thanks!
