    Unable to open logs

    Hello Harshal,

    Does /usr/local/apache/domlogs/pauloafonso.kaisaa-br.com-bytes_log exist?

If it does, then it appears you have too many open files. Are you running something like nginx on this machine? I am not certain how this could happen under Apache, since it's running via the user nobody, which should have a substantial number of open files available (2048 as far as I'm aware).

If it's nginx, here's a discussion for it:

    Thanks!

    yes Tristan,

the bytes_log do exists and there are many similar files over there about 1400.

Its a plain CentOS server with Apache 2.2. I tried gracefull restart through WHM panel, but still the problem persists..

Any solutions ? should we try hard reboot ?

    Thanks!!!

    Hello Harshal,

Please try a reboot. If that does not work, please submit a ticket using WHM > Support Center > Contact cPanel or using the link in my signature.

Please post that ticket number here for tracking purposes if you do end up having to open one.

    Thanks!

    Thanks Tristan,

Hope to get it fixed on reboot. Or I'll raise a support ticket.

    Thanks,
    Harshal...
