httpd Failed Error

Hi Am getting thie error daily 6 to 8 time in my mail box.

httpd failed @ Sat Mar 21 05:24:20 2009. A restart was attempted automagically.
Service Check Method: [tcp connect]

Failure Reason: Timeout while trying to get data from service
