Default httpd and mysqld keep failing:

I tried to get help on Webhosting Talk before coming here, since it's more of a system problem, but since Cpanel is basically the system, maybe I can get help. The link to the thread is located here:

There is a bunch of information he asked me to get for him, netstat, top, pidof. Any help would be appreciated. He couldn't find a solution so I hope someone here can. Thank you so much if you can!

    Had followed that thread somewhat.
    What OS and cPanel version?
So several times a day both apache and mysql are failing?

OS is RH Fedora Core 2 / cPanel 9.9.9-R14

Yes, from what I see, it looks like that the processes keep building up, and then it eventually just crashes since it can't handle everything.

What I end up doing is restart mysql and httpd several times through WHM to clear anything out, and then the sites move fast again after a restart of those two services.

Looks like you have solved your own problem? Going back to a default config is probably the answer you were looking for.

The default config would slow down the mysql db on the site. like it would take 80 second sto process one script (that slow).
