Default https and secure ports don't work

When I try to access cPanel or WHM using https/secure ports, it says connection refused.

The ports are allowed by my firewall, I've tried restarting SSH and stunnel, but nothing has worked so far.

i'm suddenly having this problem as well. WHM access via ssl on 2087 is refused, though the firewall is setup, and has been working before. Running on a new install, new server. Is there something I'm missing that needs to be turned on now for secure whm access to work?

edit: nevermind, for some odd reason, generating a new whm/cpanel cert, and restarting cpanel fixed the problem. It wasn't even listening on 2087 before, but it works just fine now...sometimes I wonder at my sanity...
