https stopped working

For some reason my https stopped working. What should I do?

It's difficult to answer it here. Did you check the configuration is correct? or tried /etc/init.d/httpd startssl ?

Is it only the secure http (https) that is not working or the httpd service itself has failed?

It is very difficult to suggest anything with the information available. What made you conclude that it is not working? Do you have access to the server to check the logs -- /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log

I tried looking at the long and did nto help much.

I also the command /etc/init.d/httpd startssl
and it said httpd (pid 23075) already running.

Via root SSH access, please try the following command to attempt a restart of Apache/httpd:

# /scripts/restartsrv_httpd
