    Question Huge backup with Cpanel

I am moving my website to another host. So i made a backup of my website which is about 370MB. I have no problem downloading the backup but havent upload it yet(waiting for DNS changes). Just wondering, is it actually possible to restore the backup with IE? Because 370MB is really a huge file and usually when i try to upload even 20mb it will give timeout errors. Is there any other way to restore a huge back-up? I really wished it was possible with FTP. Anyone can help me out? Thanks.

ask your new webhosting company admin to copy it he can do it with one click if you give him your username and password on your old server
