Huge Problems

Hey guys. Here is my situation.

2 days ago my box went down when my colocation was replacing a faulty power strip that went out. When it came back up there was some errors so a fsck was done. Then after some research we noticed that the /etc partition was now just the same as the /bin partition, WTF?? so we reinstalled redhat and I reinstalled cpanel (over itself) hoping it would re-write things properly. Which it did kind of. I then had to remove the sites and restore them from their backups. But now apache goes down every like 10 minutes for no reason that I can see and sendmail does not work at all. I have tried everything I can think of. Do you guys have any ideas at all? The ten-minutes-apache-goes-down is the golden question here. If you answer it, you get 3 psillions zillions dollars, a cabriolet, a villa in Monaco, a fully automated refrigirator which re-fulls itself, a free theater ticket for life and self-regenerated cigarettes. also, i have done a build apache, reinstalled apache from the RPMS, a force install, and I have done the same for all the rpms of sendmail and it didnt fix anything, thought that would thicken the plot a little for you guys. MUAHAHAH
