I Can´t Create ou delete account

My version:
WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.9.0-R10737
Fedora i686 - WHM X v3.1.0

I have a server, that he has 20 accounts. I am the user root, but I do not obtain to create or to erase to count in the WHM. Reseller is unlimited. when trying to create an account appears only the message: Account Creation Complete! But the account is not created. When erasing an existing account occurs the same thing. Please help me.

It appeared to do some updating but still the same result when I try to add or remove an account.

If you wish to stay with cPanel 10.x, you will need to execute the
following commands from the command line:


/usr/local/cpanel/bin/checkperlmodules
echo "CPANEL=stable" >> /etc/cpupdate.conf
/scripts/upcp --force


If you would like to continue with the cPanel 11 updates (recommended),
you will need to execute the following commands from the command line:


/usr/local/cpanel/bin/checkperlmodules
/scripts/upcp –force


If the problems persists after applying the updates, please contact our
support team ASAP with an outline of the symptoms and the login
credentials for the system, and we will take care of it with the utmost
priority.

After the update of the Cpanel for version STABLE, was all certainty.
