    Default I can't run traceroute of ping with bash shell as under privledged user, how fix?

    I can't run traceroute of ping with bash shell as under privledged user, how can I enable this?

    bash-2.05b$ traceroute cpanel.net
    traceroute: icmp socket: Operation not permitted
    bash-2.05b$ ping cpanel.net
    ping: icmp open socket: Operation not permitted
