    Default I did not receive notification via email when create a new Account

    Hi,

    When I create a new Account on WHM, Email not alert.

    It' show this error message

    "Notification => myemail@myemail.com via EMAIL [level => 3] sendmail: Cannot lookup callers gid"

    So, I did not receive notification via email.

    How I can reselove this problem ?

    Does that email account exist and works properly? I'm assuming no. You might check to be sure that root user email account works.

    I'm check my email it working properly.

    I try to change email to another but it does not working.

    I'm use Apache version 2.2.14

    Make sure email address should be listed in :
    1. Main >> Server Configuration >> Basic cPanel/WHM Setup
    Server Contact E-Mail Address : myemail@myemail.com
    2. Change system email preferences (All 3 fields)

    Server Contact E-Mail Address is right.

    Before this problem I ever got email alert normally but I don't know why it have problem.

    The problem has been resolved.

    I do this step

    - Update CP
    /scripts/upcp

    - restart CP
    service cpanel restart

    - restart apache
    service httpd restart
