I have a cPanel reselling service with another company. We sell cPanel and Fantastico software. We would like to know if we could use the main sites (cpanel.net) template with our web page maker software. We would require no assistance from administration and a copy right and notice would be put on the page to give cPanel.net credit, we will also include a link to your page.

May i have your permission to use your images if credit is given?

That is your only avenue of contact with cPanel. These forums are for server administrators who use WHM and cPanel. The company itself rarely has anyone on these boards, and you certainly wouldn't get a response to such a question from them here.

You're going to have to go through the correct channels and wait. The contact details are clear on their site and even include telephone numbers that you can use:
