About LinkBacksI don't know what is going on but I have not received any e-mail from server Cron job this last night. I have Modernbill cron job and e-mail from Modernbill did not come too.
Iam still on cPanel 9.9.9 Stable 11.
What could be the problem ?

Go ahead and upgrade to the latest cpanel stable. If that does not help try /scripts/exim4 --force . One of those two should help you out. You are running an older version of cPanel, there have been a lot of bugs fixed in the new versions.
