Default I Installed SSL, but pages are coming up "page cannot be found"

    Lots of problems here...

    -----
first one - I was playing around last night and got a ssl from rapid ssl, one of their free 30 day ones, but then this morning went through cpanel and discovered I can use the cpanel whm and grab a 1 year one, so I did that. Now I have 2 SSL's in there

When I got to List SSL Hosts - it give my domain, seriom.com - so I assume that is correct. But when I go to the SSL Manager, it gives me 2 of everything. I assume it is listing both SSL's that I got in there. Is there a way to delete both, and just enter in the one from SecureSSL that I received today?
    ------

    ------
Second problem - When i load up my site, http://www.seriom.com it loads fine, but when someone clicks on a link that requires a SSL, like https://www.seriom.com/aLogIn.php, I get "the page cannot be found". and if I go to https://www.seriom.com, it gives me the "There is no website configured at this address." page from cpanel.
    ------

I am totally new to all this, but am trying to learn...anyone know what is going on with my SSL pages not loading? and also how do I delete SSL's out of my server?

SSH to your server and find the certs you want to delete: /usr/share/ssl/certs/
You also need to make sure that the syntax for SSL entry is in the httpd.conf file.

there is no folder ssl in the /usr/share/ directory

    there is /usr/share/openssl/

it is a freebsd system, does that change the location?
