I know it's been posted but I still have the Horde webmail error

I use a remote mysql server and horde says this:

A fatal error has occurred
Could not connect to database for SQL SessionHandler.
Details have been logged for the administrator.

Cpanel fixed it once by according to the tech removing some comments in the mysql config file.

Maybe someone can elaborate on this?

O.K. now all email is down on another server. man cpanel how many years before you can get this thing to work?????

Looks like horde is not configured to use a remote MySQL server.
