This is not a offical method of support. This is where other sysadmins and hosters volunteer assistance and discuss ideas.

And if you would have bothered to look around instead of having a attitude you would see the proper procedure for getting support for this issue is not posting in the forum specially with a attitude

Well, I've noticed a lot of users that are running STABLE that get 404's when trying to update. Mostly Apache, but in this case Clam.

It seems that the STABLE directory tree at that url doesn't exist. Maybe would be good to submit a bug?

Meanwhile, try changing to Release or Current and try again. I generally run current and [pound on wood] haven't had that problem.
