Anybody knows why in WHM --> Edit Setup

It ask me for ICQ UIN Password???
As I understand this is to send me alerts to my ICQ Number, but why I also need to provide password?

How its work?

WHM needs an ICQ UID and password for it to connect to the ICQ network to send the message to your ICQ UID.

I.e. it needs to be able to login as a "user" on the ICQ network itself, so just sign up for a new ICQ account for the WHM to use.
