My imap is showing red mark.. how do i fix this? or how do i found out the problems. can i reinstall imap? if so what scripts do i run??

Its showing red, but is it running?
What OS and have you performed any updates?
What happens when you telnet to the server on port 143? Are you able to get the IMAP banner?
