I'm having a problem receiving accurate stats via "Latest Visitor". My listing only shows vistors for approx. 1 or 2 hr period and then the stats are somehow cleared and replaced with the next list of visitors for 1-2 hr period.

I submitted a trouble ticket but when I tried to check on the status with the link you provided I receive the following message: Error! Secure Id Mismatch, please make sure you have entered the correct URL! So I thought I'd try here.

Currently, my stats shows that the last visitor was at 2:04 pm yesterday so it's apparently not capturing all visitors and not maintaining a daily listing -- more like 1 or 2 hours listings.

Any insight/feedback would be appreciated.
