Incorrect Disk Space display in WHM

I recently needed to transfer files into an account. This was done in Shell and they (approx. 70 MB) do not show up in WHM. Anyone know how to get WHM to display correct amount and/or if [b:8b049170cd]# ./scripts/fixwwwdir[/b:8b049170cd] will correct the problem, is it better to run the script for that account only -- and how does one do it.
