Incremental backup adds to used space from user?

Hi,

We have set the backup to Incremental backup (only backup what has changed. (**No Compression**, not compatible w/FTP backups) but my question is if this space adds up to the total of hd space used by the user.

I ask this because du -h says a user dir has allmost 1GB while we just can see 300MB.

find / -user [user] just finds what is in the user dir and what is in the backup dir.

That should not be happening, I would highly recommend you submit a support request to our support staff so they can look into this for you and take appropriate action.
