install cPanel Problem !

I install cpanel sometime. but why cannot to ... Done

Only dot dot dot dot

After 8 Hours same as ......

why ? who can help me ?

Hit cntrl-c. Then run /scripts/upcp

Then chmod +x cpanel-redhat7.3-install.sea
rm -rf installd
sh cpanel*

That should restart the install process and it should work this time.
