    Default install just stopping

on the last couple of servers i've installed cpanel on rh 7.1, the install gets to:

    ..........
    ..........
    ..........
    .........Done
    noshell.....Done
    update.....Done
    newemail...............
    ..........
    ..........

Something else that is weird even when I don't get this lockup... is when running whm for the first time, it says to click next and goes through the steps... step 1, step 2, etc, but each step is just a blank screen. I just have to click finish and whm seems to come up ok, but why have steps that don't do anything?

and just stops there... i've waited for probably an hour.. then I have to hit ctrl Z to exit. BUT everything SEEMS to work ok, I can login to whm and cpanel and services are up.

    is this ok?

    yes.. same place every time.

i've reran cpanel installer over itself... again.. stops at same place.

then if i reboot server, whm SEEMS to start up ok and i can add accounts. i haven't found anything yet not working but i can't say absolutely sure.

I had the same problem yesterday, I clicked CTRL-C and it continued. Also when I was running cpanel for the first time Step 1-2-3 were blank just giving me two buttons: Continue and Finnish, since it was my first install I tought it was ok.

But I have one more problem, I started installation of cpanel on new RH 7.2 machine and first one was perl, it returned many errors, but i tought it was ok since it started asking me many questions about perl and then it was ok (until that update where i pressed CTRL-C). Since apache doesn't work I tried to install perl from http://layer1.cpanel.net/perl561installer.tar.gz but it didn't work. It reports many files are missing. Version 5.6.0 which comes with RH 7.2 seems to be working ok.
Does anyone have this problem? I can't install perl and because of that I can't install apache. All other services in cpanel seems to work ok.
I'm thinking of reinstalling RH 7.2 again but I'm afraid I'll have same problem again. Any suggestions?

    Thanks,
    Dzevad
