Install Layer1 package with CLAMAV+Mailscanner updated?

I know before there was a few how-tos on this, but most of the how-tos became cluttered with comments, and different ways to do things.

I know theres a recent mailscanner how-to, but i cant seem to find the clamav how-to.

Can someone please post an updated version on how to install the layer1 package with both clamav+mailscanner updated?

Just do a search for ClamAV, one of the top threads tells you what number to change in the clamav script. Basically you just change it to the latest version in the install clamav.

Either i'm tired or looking to fast, but i can't find the post i used before on how to update clamav... i found the one for mailscanner.. but i can't find the clamav one.

would it be better to use the layer one package, or should i just install mailscanner, clamav from scratch?
