Install ming 0.3 FINAL

Has anybody manually updated ming to the latest (final) version? Cpanel is still back on 0.3Beta 1 and it is missing some functions needed.

Anybody know how I would perform these steps? If done outside cpanel, what would I need to remove or replace?
