    how to install smartd? and enable for hard drive?

    you can install as any other system *nix software. For Centos, Fedora, Redhat it can be done by using:

    yum install smartmontools
    or
    up2date install smartmontools
    or
    apt-get smartmontools

    From WHM it is also possible - Install rpm section.
