Installation never ends

When trying to install WHM / cPanel installer enters an infinite loop that continually produces a timeout.
Having studied the traffic with tcpdump, I found the following:

The installer makes a request to the web server and performs layer1.cpanel.net GET / cpanelsync / RELEASE
However, the server gives him 301, the installer ignores her and runs the query again and again ...

Here's how it looks from the server when I emulate a request via telnet:

Is it reason for timeout errors?

I've been having the same issue trying to install cPanel since yesterday.
Keeps timing out on cpanel servers, any solutions?

Please open up a ticket in WHM > Support Center > Contact cPanel or using the link in my signature for us to investigate this further. Also, what tier are you currently using on your machine, a.sheipani?

cat /usr/local/cpanel/version

If this is EDGE in any way, we definitely want to know this is happening, since EDGE just went to 11.29.0.11 version.
