When trying to install WHM / cPanel installer enters an infinite loop that continually produces a timeout.
Having studied the traffic with tcpdump, I found the following:
The installer makes a request to the web server and performs layer1.cpanel.net GET / cpanelsync / RELEASE
However, the server gives him 301, the installer ignores her and runs the query again and again ...
Here's how it looks from the server when I emulate a request via telnet:
Is it reason for timeout errors?Code:# telnet 69.72.212.11 80 Trying 69.72.212.11... Connected to layer1.cpanel.net (69.72.212.11). Escape character is '^]'.
