Have you installed a JDK or JRE on the server?

Otherwise, this would be a problem with their installer. Most likely you'll need to contact them for support.

Hi i have digichat installed on 14 servers please do the following

Make sure your JAVA_HOME & java CLASSPATH are set correctly to check if this is right type the following

    Code:
    java -version
Once this show that you have java installed download your DigiChat, It should be called

    Code:
    Install_DigiChat.bin
to get it to install type the following due to the fact there is a error with the installation you will have to install it in console mode here is the code

    Code:
     sh ./Install_DigiChat.bin -i console
Congratulations it should now be installing!
