Installing OS really need help

Now things are starting to get really weird from this end, how do i in stall the (OS) into the server do i 1 install in from dreamweaver andupload it that way I want to use lunix on my server can some time how to do it.....

You should generally be able to find guides to installing a specific OS from the official website for the given OS, or try searching in Google for installation instructions for the OS you want to install.

None of this would involve uploading files through Dreamweaver or indeed any other standard FTP client.

Given your lack of understanding of the matter I'd strongly suggest you learn a bit about Linux and how it works and learn a lot about the distribution you plan to install before you even consider doing it.

What OS is your server running at the moment, what OS do you want to install and why do you want to change the OS?
