Installing software through WHM (Install RPM)

I need to install ImageMagick and netpbm to the server. GD is already installed.
Can I install this from WHM /Software section (Install RPM).
Is there any known problems that can come up in this way of installing this 2 softwares ?

I need to be sure that there is no conflicts with other softwares with this two.

I have both installed and there are no conflicting problems.

Did you install from WHM Software section or other way.

I have never installed anything from this Install RPM so i don't know how is this going.

They were installed from WHM rpm software install. Can't remember if I did both at the same time or if they were installed at different times. I have installed many packages from within WHM and can't say I have had any issues. Once installed they will usually have a (reinstall) label next to the package in the rpm list. This way you will know if the package is installed already.
