I have a customer using Interchange with a MysQL database. Whenever CPanel upgrades to the latest version, his username is dissassociated with his database -- his username doesn't even appear in the list of usernames when I select the &Change a user or database password& option from the MySQL menu in WHM. I manually add his username/database info using PHPMyAdmin. Everything works fine until CPanel/WHM is upgraded, then his username is again disassociated from his database.

I believe he created the database via a shell session instead of through his control panel.

Any ideas what's causing this? This does not happen with other Interchange/MySQL users, only this particular user.
