    Angry Interchange problem - no support from support

    .

    Regarding Ticket #82754

    Did Ben Thomas die? I've not heard anything from him for about a week now - and the only thing he has said since I opened this ticket on December, 8, 2004 was:

    December 10

    I'm aware of some issues with the Interchange installation routine and am working toward a solution to those issues. I should have a viable fix tomorrow. I'll let you know when I have any further information.

    Sorry for the autoresponse. These issues should be resolved in the next day or so. Sorry for the delay, but they involved more extensive changes than originally anticipated. I'll let you know when I have any additional information.

    We gave up on that Interchange overblown piece of crap 2 years ago.
    We use OS Cart

    Default Mass had poor attendance

    The Requiem Mass had poor attendance by the staff of Cpanel.

    Nick was not around to say any words - nor was the rest of his staff.

    So Sad.

    BTW - I have never had interchange run well - I have pushed all my clients off of it -
    its a pos -
