Interchange Shopping Cart error

Hi guys,

I have Interchange 5.0 installed on our server and it's running but when I try to install a cart via a cpanel user, it's not working. Here's the 2 errors receiving:

1- the link to the cart is wrong : example is http://mydomain.com/~usernmae/cgi-bi...min/index.html

2- When I try to remove the ~username, it give me this error: Undefined catalog: /cgi-bin/cart.cgi

I have tried to run /scripts/rebuildinterchangecfg; /usr/local/cpanel/bin/startinterchange but with no success. I have made sure that the user had access to the Compilers but still no success.

Perl is 5.5.8
WHM version is 11.15.0 cPanel 11.18.3-S21703

Any help would be appreciated!

Here's another error when rebuilding it:

[root /]# /scripts/rebuildinterchangecfg; /usr/local/cpanel/bin/startinterchange
The previous Interchange server was not running and probably
terminated with an error.
Low traffic settings.
Calling UI......UI is loaded...
Interchange V5.0.0
Configuring catalog devices...Using MySQL, DSN=dbi:mysql:devices_interchange...Alias /~devices/cgi-bin/cart.cgi used a second time, skipping.

Interchange server started in INET and UNIX mode(s) (process id 827)
