Default Interpreting my CPU and MEM usage stats

Hi- WHM has a section that lists daily peak mem and cpu usage. However, I'm not exactly sure what the numbers mean. Here is a screenshot of my report:

    http://www.afro-ninja.com/nsr/serverCPUreport.jpg

    my guesses are that:
.24 means .24% of the CPU usage for the entire server
18.82 means 18.82 percent of the memory, for that account's section of the server

not sure about what .5 mysql processes is

for a frame of reference, the top account in that list (afroninj) is a site that receives an average of 20,000 unique visits per day.

As explained in that interface, the CPU % is based upon a single CPU. Thus, if you have multiple CPUs, or Multi-Core CPUs, you need to divide the % to obtain the real value.

All numbers are server wide. cPanel performs no partitioning of CPU, Memory or Process resources.

But can you please explain what the numbers/values mean ?

It list a few processes per accounts and it say like CPU 22%, 18%, 12%.
But then on first row it continues with:

CPU - Memory - Mysql processes

And here it can be: 1.1, 1.09, 1.11

    Questions:

Is it 1.1% cpu usage and 1.09% memory usage total average for that account?
What does 1.11 mysql processes mean exactly - is that also % (average) ?

Sorry for being stupid here, never asked about it and always thought it
meant like above, but wanna be sure.

    Thanks!
