Invalid command 'SSLEngine'

/etc/init.d/httpd startssl: httpd could not be started

What is this? I cannot find a fix on the forum for SSLEngine

Rebuild apache and pay very close attention for any errors.

I did not see errors in the compiling but here is what I see:

Invalid command 'mod_gzip_on', perhaps mis-spelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration

I've seen that error before in the past, just cannot remember the fix for it.
