IP Deny Manager

When I put 172.0.0.0 it does not ban all ips that start with 172 like this 172.*.*.*...

Am I doing something wrong? Or does it just not work.

Try putting just 172.
I think it is just simply a matching value mask which would mean that 172.0.0.0 would only block 172.0.0.0 not all ip's within the network 172.

Not 100% certain on this but give it a shot. I do not have ability to test right now but IP Deny Manager accepts this entry.

Is this to block just for Apache or complete block on all interfaces?
