Ip Deny Manager new error

I had had problem added Ip to Ip deny manager over Cpanel.

The error have appeared as below,

Error: while opening /home/xaddicte/public_html/titik/.htaccess Error: while opening /home/xaddicte/public_html/titik/.htaccess

However, the Ip will add to .htaccess .

Kindly advice how to fix or check the error.

I have fixed the problem

The reason is IP deny rules was unable to add to 'titik' directory, because it is a sub-domain.

So, I believe the setting need to amend to sub-domain directory as well
