IP - Ping problems

This one has me stumped.

Server is running newest of everything in stable files.

Machine has 4 IP's.... say xxx.xx.xxx.116 - 119 where 116 is the IP to all the websites, email, etc.

Can ping 117-119 and reach (test) websites at those specific IP's but 116 is dead. Can't reach anything including CPanel via that IP.

Any ideas or clues?

Make sure the IP is added to the pool, domain name/account is listed in httpd.conf and /etc/localdomains then restart bind.
