Angry IP pointing to a diff site

    Hi,

I have this issue, I added a new IP for my server but for some reason this IP is pointing to a mysterious page. I know that page belongs to one of my customer's site under my WHM but not sure whose.

Can anyone tell me how do I make my new IP point to my site

PS: I replaced the index file under /usr/local/apache/htdocs/ but that worked only for my main IP and not this additional IP.

    Can someone help me plz?

    Thanx

    Hello,
Change Your_ServerIP to your real serverip in below address, and copy paste to your internet explorer address bar.

    Code:
    http://Your_ServerIP:2086/scripts/changesiteip
Now you will see the list on the page choose from list which username do you want to make ip point. Then click change.

Now choose which ip do you want to make ip point to your site and click change.

    Thats it.

    Red face

    Hi,

Perhaps you didnt get my question

I do not want to change my site's IP, I want to make the present IP redirect to my default site.

Suppose my IP is 156.122.141.12 so if someone types http://156.122.141.12 it should redirect it to my site http://mydomain.com

    Thanx

The first site in httpd.conf for that IP will be the one that appears when the IP address is entered.

    Hi again

The problem seems to be back again. The IP is now pointing to a different site.

Cannot I have a permanent solution for this?

    Thanx

Make sure its correct in the httpd.conf and also manually edit the dns for both to make sure they are correct
