    Question IP's Missing

I cant get 2 IP's added in WHM, it shows them listed when I look at:
    showedit\reserved IP's

However when I look at IP usage, they are not there, and if I list Ip's they are not there.

Anyone know how to fix this? The 2 Ip's I need to add are DNS ip's and with out them I get no sites to show up.

    Im using:
RH 7.3 with the newest kernel
    WHM 8.5.4
    Cpanel 8.5.5-R20
