issues after accounts migration

Hello,
I copied all accounts from server1 to server 2, all is ok exept for two things:

1- we cannot access to 2 accounts with www. When we make http://frabel.be it is ok but when we make www.frabel.be it shows another page.

2- I can see an account when i go to edit dns entry but i can't see it when i list accounts.

Any help please!?

Look in your httpd.conf and make sure the www is in with the ServerAlias directive on the account in question. Also, make sure you are actually resolving to the correct server as sometimes there can be a slight lag on accounts that are not run by your DNS.
