    Default JAVA

I have an account holder who has created a subdomain to use for an online game. He has just sent me an email with the following:

Your server is capable of dispensing PHP pages which is fine.
It doesn't handle JAVA applets correctly (doesn't locate picture paths)
which means that two or three sections of the game won't work (mainly the
lineup popup window may not show up).

Does anybody have any ideas what I / he can do?.

    Thx,

    John

Applets are entirely client driven. It has nothing to do with your server. All that is required on your server is the mime type configuration to tell the browser that it needs to use java for the applet, which Apache is configured for by default. Needless to say, it's his problem, not yours. He's probably using backslashes instead of forward slashes or something silly like that.
