JBoss or Resin Setup in BSD?

Hey guys,

Has anyone ever setup jboss or resin with cpanel? I can install jboss and resin independently on the server, the major problem is setting them up to be used virtually by different domains, any ideas? Also if anyone figures out to get tomcat running on bsd please dont hesitate to post.
